What is the return policy?
Waggedy stands fully behind its products quality and your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and you purchased your product through our website, you may return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. We will cover shipping as well.

What is the shelf life for waggedy supplements?
Waggedy products have a three-year shelf life (expiration date).
How should waggedy supplements be stored?
We recommend that our products be stored at room temperature, away from sunlight. Refrigeration is not necessary.
What defines a Puppy, Adult, or Senior Dog?
Waggedy’s Daily Essentials’ multivitamins are based on the following life-stages:
- Puppy: 3 months to 12 months.
- Adult: One year to seven years.
- Senior: Senior years and older.
Are waggedy products 100% natural?
Waggedy products are always made with high-quality premium ingredients. Vitamin and supplement products, if they contain any synthetic or synthetic component, cannot be called natural. Some of our products included synthetic ingredients like MSM because the academic and industry research demonstrates its value and effectiveness. Wherever possible, we source natural and organic ingredients from trusted sources.

What if my dog doesn’t like the product’s taste?
Taste – palatability – is very important to us. We believe product taste differentiates our products from others. If, however, your dog doesn’t like the taste, we will issue a refund. Please send an email through the Contact Us page to initiate a refund.
